The company is looking to fill a position for a Customer Service Representative at their Toronto location. They are seeking bilingual, competent, and dedicated resources.
Description
Our client operates a call center that specializes primarily in managing building maintenance services to provide tailored solutions across various fields. Profile Sought
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French;
- Ability to quickly find effective solutions;
- Flexibility and stress resistance;
- Client-oriented.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Successfully pass mandatory tests during paid training;
- Provide 2 professional references.
Responsibilities:
- Handling electronic and phone-based transactions from a diverse clientele;
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience by providing high-quality service, actively listening to customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the customer relationship management system.

The conditions:
- In-person;
- Full-time;
- Schedule: Rotating (8-hour shifts), from Monday to Sunday (5 days per week) with the possibility of shorter or longer shifts or even working a 6th day per week;
- Entry-level salary: $24/hour.
