Description

Our client operates a call center that specializes primarily in managing building maintenance services to provide tailored solutions across various fields. Profile Sought

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French;
• Ability to quickly find effective solutions;
• Flexibility and stress resistance;
• Client-oriented.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Successfully pass mandatory tests during paid training;
• Provide 2 professional references.

Responsibilities:

• Handling electronic and phone-based transactions from a diverse clientele;
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience by providing high-quality service, actively listening to customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the customer relationship management system.

The conditions:

• In-person;
• Full-time;
• Schedule: Rotating (8-hour shifts), from Monday to Sunday (5 days per week) with the possibility of shorter or longer shifts or even working a 6th day per week;
• Entry-level salary: $24/hour.
