Description
Our client, an agri-food company located in Montreal, is looking to fill a position for an IT Business Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Your main role will be to understand, manage, and support the business intelligence environment while assessing the impact of projects on organizational processes. You will also be responsible for strategic planning and the implementation of information systems.

Responsibilities
- Understand the business context and the impact of projects on organizational processes;
- Contribute to strategic planning and the implementation of information systems;
- Document project scope, objectives, added value, and expected benefits;
- Translate business requirements into technical objectives for development teams;
- Manage projects;
- Act as a business partner for different departments;
- Interact with various managers to find suitable solutions to their needs;
- Support and manage critical information systems for operations;
- Support and manage the business intelligence environment;
- Collaborate with external service providers;
- Stay updated on new technologies and market trends;
- Perform other related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a DEC in information technology, management, or a related field, or a relevant combination of education and experience;
- Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems;
- Excellent understanding of business intelligence concepts;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Experience with platforms for analyzing financial, operational, and commercial data;
- Familiarity with SME operations;
- Excellent ability to analyze management systems and organizational processes;
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of English.

Conditions
- Work modality: On-site, with the possibility of working one day per week remotely;
- Type of position: Permanent full-time (40 hours/week);
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, during the day;
- Salary range: $80,000 to $85,000 (depending on experience).
