Description

Our client, a leading distributor of rewards and loyalty solutions, is looking to fill a Bilingual Customer Service Agent position in Montreal. This is a permanent role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and problem resolution to clients regarding order status and product availability ;
• Assist and respond to customer inquiries by phone and through our online services ;
• Resolve clients’ inquiries related to order status and product availability ;
• Meet deadlines ;
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by providing high-quality service, actively listening to customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions ;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the customer relationship management system ;
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service ;
• High school diploma or equivalent ;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
• Bilingualism.

Conditions

• Mode: On-site, with the possibility of hybrid work ;
• Position Type: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent position ;
• Hours: Monday to Friday, day and evening shifts (24-37.5 hours/week) + rotational weekends—flexibility required ;
• Salary Range: $17-$19 per hour (based on experience).
