Our client, a daycare owner in Montreal, is looking to fill the position of an Early Childhood Educator. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize educational and recreational activities;
• Ensure the overall safety and well-being of the children;
• Conflict management;
• Work closely with staff members;
• Keep daily records up to date;
• Ensure smooth group dynamics;
• Maintain regular communication with parents;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent;
• Previous experience in a daycare or educational setting;
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French;
• Proficiency in English (an asset).

Conditions

• Mode: On-site;
• Job Type: Full-time, permanent position;
• Salary range: $18.50 to $29.00/hour (based on experience).
