Our client, the owner of several restaurants in Montérégie, is looking to fill a position for a Kitchen Team Leader. You will be responsible for coordinating all kitchen staff activities to ensure a harmonious and efficient workspace. Profile Sought
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently;
- Quick execution and ability to work under pressure;
- Skills in organization and efficient work management;
- Team spirit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production, finished products, and employee breaks;
- Participate in the preparation of dishes;
- Effectively manage the workspace and maintain constant cleanliness;
- Support the existing management team;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in the restaurant industry or a related field;
- Excellent command of French;
- Proficiency in English (an asset);
- Holding a food handler or establishment manager certification issued by MAPAQ (an asset).
