Description

Our client, the owner of several restaurants in Montérégie, is looking to fill a position for a Kitchen Team Leader. You will be responsible for coordinating all kitchen staff activities to ensure a harmonious and efficient workspace. The client places great importance on teamwork, a healthy corporate culture, and the growth of its employees.

Profile Sought 

  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently;
  • Quick execution and ability to work under pressure;
  • Skills in organization and efficient work management;
  • Team spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production, finished products, and employee breaks;
  • Participate in the preparation of dishes;
  • Effectively manage the workspace and maintain constant cleanliness;
  • Support the existing management team;
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in the restaurant industry or a related field;
  • Excellent command of French;
  • Proficiency in English (an asset);
  • Holding a food handler or establishment manager certification issued by MAPAQ (an asset).
