Our client, owner of several restaurants in Montérégie, is looking to fill a Kitchen Team Leader position. This is a high-volume, very busy rotisserie-style restaurant. You will be responsible for coordinating all the activities of the kitchen staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment. - Control production, finished products, and employee breaks
- Participate in meal preparation
- Efficiently manage the work area and maintain constant cleanliness

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sous-chef or chef required
